This place is normally good. They usually get the order correct but are slow. If they are faster than their usual its because they got the order wrong. They have gotten better about their sweet tea and making sure it tastes right!
The food is always pretty consistent which is good, but it takes forever to get through the drive-thru. They're also very inaccurate with the orders. I would say probably about four out of five times we have to remind them about something they forgot. Overall it's fine but when new fast food options come to town it will definitely be trying those out and comparing to the service we get at McDonald's.
Orders are wrong most of the time. Especially in the drive through. Slowest McD's ive ever been to.
Very fast service in the drive thru at noon. Food was good and milk shake was awesome.
Pretty sure the company that owns this Mc Donalds owns others around Des Moines too. Why is it so hard for my local Mc Donalds to get my order right?? Just aggravating!! A no this is not a one time occurrence!
