The only reason I have rated O'Leary with 3 stars is because they at least took my complaints and sent out a new arrangement that was closer to the original pictured. The basket was still not the same but it was a longaberger and cuter than the cheap white one so that can be forgiven. I wish the second basket had been the one my wife had seen first has she loves the second one and it made her smile. My advice to O'Leary would be to put the best effort into each arrangement and monitor the quality of the product you send. If there is a picture on the site of how something should look then that is what your customers expect to receive and every effort should be given to make sure that it meets that expectation.
I ordered a flower arrangement from 1800flowers that was arranged and delivered by this flower shop. The arrangement I ordered for my wife was to look like a cat peeking out of a basket. The picture of the arrangement showed a cute little picnic basket that may have even been a Longaberger basket so I was excited by it. When the flowers were delivered I was not satisfied at all with what I got. The basket was not the same one pictured and was a cheap white basket that had an opening in the front showing moss and dirt. The cats face was lopsided due to an eye that was loose and hanging low. The cat's ears were sticking way out and looked more like bunny ears. Also the paws of the cat were barely visible so it did not like like it was peeking out of the basket. The flowers were not the same bright and pretty flowers from the online pictures and some were wilted already. Considering how much I spent I was not happy at all.
